Any expedited orders will be shipped within twenty four hours on any business day Monday thru Friday.
Unlike some on line stores, all products visible on our online store are in stock & because we are now in the "busy season", will ship within 72 hours from time of purchase. We will never need to "special order" something we don't have in stock to complete your order. Our USPS First Class domestic shipping rate is $6.99 flat rate fee for any amount with tracking to all 50 states but will be shipped uninsured.
Once your order gets shipped, and put into the hands of the USPS, the delivery process is then out of our control. We can no longer be held responsible for any late, lost, or damaged shipments. We STRONGLY recommend that you keep this in mind when choosing your preferred shipping method. Please note, that all domestic Priority shipments are insured up to $50.00 by the USPS, unlike their first class shipments. This would be the best shipping choice if you'd like to protect your purchase for only $9.99.
TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE- Once your shipping label has been printed out or your merchandise has been shipped, you will automatically be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (excluding international shipments). All tracking inquiries, or delivery issues can be addressed directly through the United States Postal Service emailing system: https://emailus.usps.com/emailUs/iq/usps/request.do?forward=emailUs All domestic shipments will be shipped with tracking information.
BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE- Please examine the part (or parts) you are replacing closely & compare it to the one in the photographs. A lot of parts look the same at a glance, but in most cases there is definitely a difference. If you are unsure please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org & we'll gladly point you in the right direction, send you a schematic, or both!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED UNTIL USPS RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED
Tracking for first class international shipments are virtually unavailable once your order leaves the U.S.A.
We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & EXCHANGES- Do not return any product without proper authorization, so please contact us prior to your return at email@example.com. All returned parts or cancellations may be subject to a 15% surcharge & must be returned within 30 days from time of purchase. You may return it as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased with packaging. Shipping rates are non-refundable as we have no way of recouping our shipping rates, or materials that we used to process & ship your order. If for any reason the part was defective, incorrectly listed, or we just flat out screwed up somehow, we will pay the return shipping charges & give you a full refund or exchange that part hassle free. We reserve the right to terminate any order, at any point in the process, for any reason.
